AICMS was founded by Dr. Aishwarya A. Gangawane, a board-certified maxillofacial and cosmetic surgeon with international fellowships from Sweden, the United States, the United Kingdom & Switzerland. Her vision was not simply to create another training centre but to build an institution that could stand confidently alongside the world’s best aesthetic education programs.
That vision shaped everything from how we design our curriculum and select our faculty to how we assess our students and support them after graduation.
