The Lifelong Learning Academy Group (“LLA”) is a Singapore based group of companies dedicated to providing lifelong learning opportunities for organisations and adults, both locally and internationally. The longest established company in the LLA group is Training Masters Workforce Institute Pte Ltd (“TM”) which was set up in 1991 by Mr Eric Emmanuel Tan (“Eric”). The core business of TM, which is an Approved Training Organisation accredited by Skills Future Singapore, is in providing training and consultancy to companies in the Environmental Services (“EVS”) industry in Singapore. Today, TM is able to offer a wide range of training programmes and is a leader in providing training to cleaning companies in Singapore.
