You can also use other ingredients such as avocado, hummus, and nut butter to add flavour and texture to your dishes.

Sweet Potato and Avocado Salad:

This vegan and gluten-free dish is filled with flavour. The combination of sweet potatoes, avocado, and lime juice creates a balanced sweetness that perfectly complements your meal! To prepare, simply cube and boil the sweet potato until they are soft. Mash the avocado in a bowl and add the boiled sweet potatoes. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the ingredients then season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled or at room temperature for an added zing! This dish is best served chilled or at room temperature. If you want to add an extra zing, try adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a sprinkle of freshly chopped herbs.

Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. 3. Arrange the cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce. 4. Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese delicious!

Serve your stuffed pepper with a dollop of vegan sour cream for extra flavour! Vegan sour cream is a great way to add extra flavour and creaminess to your stuffed pepper dish. Simply dollop a spoonful of vegan sour cream on top of each pepper before serving. You can also mix it into the filling for added richness. Enjoy!
