| The development of Dholera Special Investment Region is gradually moving from planning to visible infrastructure. A key organization behind this progress is Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL), which oversees major parts of the Dholera Smart City project.
DICDL was created through a collaboration between the central and Gujarat state governments to manage the project in a structured and coordinated way.
