In a general sense, the accomplishment of a methodical training programme can be forecasted by certain specific assessments that are governed by a set of pre-set criteria that logically analyse whether the needs were met or not, the method of execution of the training, the motivation imparted to the trainees, their cognitive abilities, and so on.
