Here's how it works: When the water temperature falls below the set point, the relay triggers the boiler to heat the water. Uniquely, this Aquastat Relay also includes a vent damper connected with a Molex plug. As the boiler heats up, the relay energizes the damper to open, allowing proper venting of combustion gases. |
