| The Siemens Building Technology QPM2100 Co2 Duct Sensor, 0-10Vdc, is an essential component of building automation systems, built specifically to monitor carbon dioxide (CO2) levels in air ducts. This sensor is essential to preserving energy-efficient and hygienic indoor air quality, especially in places with a high occupant density like conference rooms, businesses, and schools. The QPM2100 measures the CO2 content of the air going through the duct on a continuous basis. When CO2 levels rise, usually as a result of higher occupancy, the sensor sends a signal to a building management system (BMS) that is an analog voltage between 0 and 10 volts DC.
