Stone Cutting Machine Safety Operating Procedures:

1. Do not operate a saw without proper training and mastering the operating skills. If operating a saw, obtain the custodian's permission and be supervised by a designated person.

2. Wear full protective gear before starting work, with cuffs and collar tied tightly. Wear protective glasses to prevent eye injuries from debris.

3. Before starting work, check that all mechanical components (such as the saw blade, table, screws, chain, motor, and switch) are functioning properly. Report any problems to the maintenance team for repair. The machine can only be operated after the problem has been corrected.

4. Do not use saw blades that are cracked, uneven, missing, or blunt. Always disconnect the power cord when replacing a saw blade. Ensure the saw blade is securely mounted, perpendicular to the centerline of the shaft, and does not vibrate during operation.

5. Check that the guard is intact and functioning properly. Do not remove or modify it. Removable guards must not be relocated.

6. After starting the machine, run it at idle for 2-3 minutes to check whether the saw blade is operating properly. Whether testing the machine or using it normally, do not point directly at the saw blade while it is running. During the test run, also check that the cooling water supply is normal.

7. After the stone cutting machine is running, the operator must not leave their workstation without permission. The machine must be shut down and the power must be turned off before leaving.

8. During operation, the saw blade must be stopped when aligning the saw cut. Only start the saw blade alignment operation after aligning is complete and begin cutting.

9. During cutting, the operator must not place their hands near the saw blade or place their arms over it, and must supervise others at all times.

10. After cutting is completed, return the machine to the stop position, ensuring that the saw blade is retracted into the protective cover to prevent injuries caused by inadvertent contact with the saw blade, which continues to rotate due to inertia.

11. The stone cutting machine operator and the overhead crane operator must coordinate their work, and the overhead crane operator must follow the instructions of the cutting machine operator. It is strictly forbidden to lift in or lift out finished products while the cutting machine is running.

12. During cutting, carefully inspect the lifting fixture above the guide rods for looseness. If so, stop the machine immediately and adjust it to prevent the guide rods from collapsing, causing injury or damage to the machine.

13. Cut guide rods and steel claws must be neatly stacked and placed securely to prevent them from falling, collapsing, or obstructing access.

14. Clean the machine and floor after work. When removing aluminum shavings, do not blow or wipe with your hands; use a brush, hook, or other tool.

15. After work, shut down the machine and power off, and display a warning sign.
