This is the Daniela Dwyer Foundation's second straight People's Choice victory, demonstrating the Canberra community's faith in and respect for the organization that seeks to raise money for brain cancer research. Kevin Dwyer, the creator of the Daniela Dwyer Foundation, remarked, "It feels immensely wonderful and humbling to have the communities support once again." "People can see the true progress being made through the liquid biopsy project and our bigger mission to alter how cancer is detected and treated, as seen by their continued faith in what we do." The world's first digital liquid biopsy technology, developed by the Daniela Dwyer Foundation, is advancing ground-breaking research on brain cancer. Earlier this year, it began a stage one clinical trial in several Australian hospitals. "With the help of the Community Chest, we can keep processing and increasing access to this innovative platform, which will ultimately help more patients and families benefit from earlier, non-invasive, and more accurate cancer detection and treatment options."
