| The Tjernlund Products HS1 Power Venter is a compact and dependable option for venting gas or oil-powered appliances such as furnaces, boilers, water heaters, and unit heaters. It uses an electrically powered fan to safely and efficiently remove combustion emissions from your heating system and exhaust them outside. This technique promotes adequate airflow and prevents dangerous gasses from gathering within your home. The HS1 has a built-in UC1 Universal Control board that is compatible with a variety of control systems 2(24V, 115V, or dry contact) and includes pre-purge and post-purge ventilation cycles to ensure optimal system functioning. Furthermore, if there is a venting malfunction, the 1a diaphragm Fan Proving Switch safety interlock will automatically shut down the heating equipment. The HS1 weighs only 8.21 pounds, making it easy to install in a variety of sidewall venting applications for residential and light commercial use. |
